4. Acceptable Use
Use of the Service is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
Tenants retain all intellectual property rights in their data and content. The Service claims no ownership of tenant-generated AI outputs.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with notice. Upon termination, tenant data is exported and deleted per the Data Retention and Deletion policies.
