Every AI action includes a human approval step before execution. The approval workflow is configurable per tenant and per action type.

Each AI action records the cost incurred. Tenants can review costs in real-time and set budget limits. No hidden charges are applied.
7. Model Selection
Tenants may select eligible AI models per use case. Model selection is governed by the Model Boundary Policy and tenant plan.
8. Tenant Configuration
Each tenant can configure approval thresholds, model eligibility, and cost limits per use case. Configuration changes are logged and auditable.
9. Incident Response
When an AI action produces an unexpected result, the incident is logged with full context. Tenants can review and learn from incidents through the receipt system.
