Tenants have the right to export their data from the Service. Data export is available through the admin console or API.
Data is exported in structured JSON format. Conversation data includes metadata, timestamps, and receipt references. Documents are exported in their original format.
Exportable data includes tenant configuration, user accounts, conversations, knowledge bases, receipts, and audit logs. Data belonging to other tenants is never included.
Export requests are processed asynchronously. Tenants are notified when the export is ready. Exports are available for download for 7 days.
Each export includes a SHA-256 manifest of all included files. Tenants can verify export completeness against the manifest.
Exports do not include Service source code, model weights, or provider-side data. Export size may be limited by tenant plan.
