6. Update Process
The subprocessor list is updated when new subprocessors are engaged or existing ones are removed. Tenants are notified of material changes at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
7. Due Diligence
Each subprocessor is evaluated for security, compliance, and data protection practices before engagement. Subprocessors must meet equivalent data protection standards.
8. Data Transfer
Data transferred to subprocessors is limited to what is necessary for the specified service. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual data protection obligations.
9. Data Processing Locations
Subprocessors process data in their designated regions. Tenants subject to specific residency requirements can request region-specific configurations.
10. Change Notification
Tenants are notified of subprocessor changes at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Tenants may object to new subprocessors per the DPA.
